If you recently installed or upgraded to Office 2007 and you are sick of seeing that flashing "click here to enable instant search" message on your outlook toolbar, here is the solution.
Click tools, click other, click advanced options, click the checkmark next to "Show prompts to enable Instant Search". Click OK. Annoyance gone.
